Peter A. Parsons, CPA - President

Bachelor of Science, Indiana University ‘93

Pete has been with Parsons & Associates, PC since it began in 1999. Pete graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1993 with a Bachelors of Science in Business with a major in accounting. Prior to establishing Parsons & Associates, PC, Pete was an internal auditor for a local bank and a staff accountant for a regional accounting firm.

Pete works closely with clients to implement and manage their accounting systems, provides a financial voice for his clients business operations, prepares corporate and individual income tax returns and leads a team motivated to provide excellent client service.

Pete and his wife Kim have three children, Simon, Elijah and Elire. They attend Bethany Christian Church. In his spare time, Pete enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Kenneth Parsons, CPA – Founder

Bachelor of Science, Indiana University ‘72

Ken is a principal and the original founder of what is now Parsons and Associates PC. Ken graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1972 with a Bachelors of Science in Business with a major in accounting. Ken has served clients in Washington and neighboring communities since graduation in 1972.

Ken enjoys serving his clients in all aspects of their business including traditional accounting and financial services, tax planning or tax preparation or other services the client may require.

Ken is from Loogootee but has lived in Washington with his wife, Jodi, since 1969. His two children, Pete and Patti, live in Washington along with the five grandchildren. Ken is active in his church and currently serves or has served on various community boards including the Daviess Community Hospital, Daviess County Airport, Daviess County Chamber of Commerce and other community organizations.

Dirk A. Rodimel, CMA

Bachelor of Science, Indiana State University, ‘86

Dirk joined Parsons & Associates in November, 2014. He is a graduate of the Indiana State University School of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Dirk earned his Certificate in Management Accounting (CMA) in August, 2005 from the Institute of Management Accountants.

Prior to joining Parsons & Associates, Dirk worked in the Tax Department of Kimball International for more than 23 years. Prior to that, he was the controller at a grain elevator company for three years.

Dirk and his wife Mary have two children, Zach and Hannah. Zach is married to Rachael and they have two children, Everett and Graham. Hannah is married to Ethan Mattingly. Dirk and Mary attend Bethany Christian Church.

Cindy Mason

Bachelor of Science, Indiana University ‘86

Cindy joined Parsons & Associates in 2004. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Business with a major in finance. Prior to joining Parsons & Associates Cindy worked at American General Finance and Crossroads Christian Church in various accounting and managerial positions.

Cindy and her husband Jeff have three children, Brad, Hannah and Stephen. She is a member of and volunteers at Bethany Christian Church and is a board member of the Daviess County Community Foundation.

Lori Link

Bachelor of Science, Saint Mary of the Woods College ‘13

Lori joined the Parsons & Associates team in August, 2015. She is a graduate of Saint Mary of the Woods College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Lori is an Enrolled Agent and has 15 years’ experience working in the tax industry. Just prior to joining Parsons and Associates, Lori worked as a Post Auditor for Walgreens Co.

Lori is active in her church and community. She currently serves on the board of Global Bazaar, Inc. Lori and her husband Brad have four children, Brooke, Morgan, Garrett and Nash. Brooke is married to Blake Blackburn and they have one son, Arlo.

Charlotte Wilz

Bachelor of Liberal Studies, University of Evansville ‘03

Charlotte has been a part of the Parsons and Associates team since January 2004. Charlotte’s greatest joy is her family; husband George, adult children, Adam, Nate and Elise Bowling, grandson Henry, granddaughter Sydney and daughter-in-laws, Juli and Alison.

Charlotte is an active member of Our Lady of Hope Parish as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Pastoral Council. She currently spends her spare time enjoying all things relating to home and family.
